Description
The moving break helps participants to make active use of their break. Small exercises help to relax, mobilize and train the muscles and joints.
During a short break from work, the muscles and joints are actively exercised without breaking a sweat. In this way, the active break helps to loosen up the joints and muscles without too much effort, helping to make the rest of the working day more relaxed and productive.
Every third Tuesday of the month from September 2024 to March 2025!
